Grainger offers to cover the cost of attendee hotel room rates and taxes during the event dates of Sunday, March 12, 2017 & Monday, March 13, 2017, if the customer’s employer’s ethics policy allows. Any additional charges, including those incurred for additional nights or incidentals will be the attendee’s responsibility.
If the customer is an employee of a government, healthcare, or education-based entity, or receives taxpayer funding that imposes other ethical or fiscal restrictions, Grainger can only cover the cost of lodging if a letter from their Ethics Counsel or Ethics Office indicating that acceptance of these benefits is permitted under the employer’s ethics policies. It is required to upload this letter as part of registration.
Hotel reservations must be booked through Grainger’s online registration tool.
In order to guarantee a reservation, attendees will be required to enter valid credit card information during the online registration process. The card will not be charged for any applicable fees until hotel checkout, however the card will be charged for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
