Registration Guidelines


The Grainger Show is an exclusive event open only to Grainger customers who have received an invitation to attend. Customers interested in attending should contact their Grainger account representative.

  • Admission to the Opening Session, Trade Show Reception & Dinner and Celebration Event,
    including food and beverages (March 12, 13)
  • Ground transportation (March 12, 13, 14)
  • Admission to all sessions and the trade show floor (March 13, 14)
  • Breakfast and lunch (March 13, 14)

Grainger offers to cover the cost of the event fee if the customer’s employer’s ethics policy allows. If this is against the customer’s ethics policies, the Grainger Show event fee is $600.

Grainger also offers to cover the cost of attendee hotel room rates and taxes during the event dates of Sunday, March 12, 2017 & Monday, March 13, 2017 if the customer’s employer’s ethics policy allows.

If the customer is an employee of a government, healthcare, or education-based entity, or receive taxpayer funding that imposes other ethical or fiscal restrictions, Grainger can only cover the cost of lodging, ground transportation, meals and/or entertainment if a letter is provided from their Ethics Counsel or Ethics Office indicating that acceptance of these benefits is permitted under the employer’s ethics policies. Grainger will not cover the following costs or reimburse for:

  • Event fee (if the customer’s employer’s ethics policy prohibits or restricts Grainger from covering the cost)
  • Hotel stay (if the customer’s employer’s ethics policy prohibits or restricts Grainger from covering the cost)
  • Air travel
  • Ground transportation not included in the Grainger Show event fee (listed above)
  • Meals and entertainment not included in the Grainger Show event fee (listed above)

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of registration. Only credit card payments are accepted.


Registration Cancellation Policy

If the customer/customer’s organization paid the event fee associated with the Grainger Show, a full refund of $600 will be issued, as long as the cancellation request is received on or before Friday, February 10, 2017. All cancellations received after Friday, February 10, 2017, will result in a credit of the full event fee less a $250 cancellation fee.

If the customer’s employer’s ethics policy allowed for Grainger to cover the event fee of $600, and the cancellation is after Friday, February 10, 2017, the credit card provided as part of registration will be charged a cancellation fee of $250.  No cancellation fees will be incurred for cancellations received on or before Friday, February 10, 2017.

In order to avoid a no-show charge, Grainger Registration Headquarters must be notified in writing 7 days prior to your arrival date.  Failure to do so could result in fines, which will be charged to the credit card entered as part of registration. Cancellation requests can be submitted to GRAINGERSHOW@experient-inc.com.
