Air Travel

For convenience, the registration process will allow for airfare to be booked through the online booking tool, however, all airfare costs are the responsibility of the attendee.  Grainger will not cover the cost of airfare for attendees.

Attendees are responsible for any costs associated with flight arrangements to/from Orlando. Customers can book their airfare through Grainger’s online registration tool or another preferred method. Attendees will be asked to provide their arrival and departure dates if they choose to book outside of the online registration tool, in order to offer attendees timely ground transportation between the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and customer hotels.

Airport Transportation

Grainger offers round-trip ground transportation between the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and attendee hotels. Airport transportation is scheduled Sunday, February 11, 2018 & Tuesday, February 13, 2018.
